4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our site. You authorize MIVOBOX to charge the total amount upon order placement. If a price error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. MIVOBOX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and ownership of goods transfer to you once payment is received and the order is shipped.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our separate Return Policy available on our website. Generally, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
