There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no promotional codes needed. Simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout – the cost of standard shipping is automatically waived. Free shipping applies to residential and commercial addresses in all 48 contiguous states. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, additional shipping charges may apply; you will be notified of any such costs before your order is finalized. Please note that free shipping does not include expedited or overnight delivery options, which are available at an additional cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time, but we will honor it for all orders placed while the policy is in effect.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
All orders placed through the MIVOBOX online store are subject to a standard handling period. We define our daily order cut-off as 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed before this cut-off time on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on observed U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may be delayed slightly; we will communicate any such changes via email or a notice on our website.
Handling & Transit Timeframes
After an order is confirmed, MIVOBOX requires a handling period of 1 to 3 business days. This time allows our team to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is between 3 and 6 business days. Total delivery time from the moment you place your order is therefore typically between 4 and 9 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Please note that the transit window begins after the handling period has been completed. While we work with reliable carriers to ensure prompt delivery, MIVOBOX cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather events, carrier delays, or address issues. If a shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Address & Order Modifications
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. MIVOBOX is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
